
Refund/Return Policy
At Little Keepsakes, we strive to make all of our customers happy. If
you
are not satisfied with your keepsake you must contact us in
writing (via email) within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please
follow our return policy guidelines below for the type of Little
Keepsakes product you ordered.
For
non-custom orders such as First Pitch Handprint Baseball, baby
ink kits and frame & ink kits:
You must contact us within 30 calendar days of the delivery
confirmation date to your requested shipping address. Email us at info@littlekeepsakes.com
and please include your order number and name that you used when
placing
the original order. All purchases must be returned in unopened and
unused
state.
Please include a brief explanation for your return. You may request an
exchange for like value or refund of purchase price. Shipping charges
will
be included in refund if the reason for return is due to damage during
shipping or error made by Little Keepsakes with your order. If we will
be covering shipping charges to return your keepsakes, we will email
you
a prepaid shipping label that you may print out and use to cover
shipping.
The returned item(s) must be sucessfully delivered back to Little
Keepsakes
otherwise we cannot issue a refund.
Refunds and exchanges will be sent upon delivery of returned
merchandise.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued on used or opened packages.
Exchanges
will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

Please use either UPS ground service, FedEx Ground service or UPSP
Priority
mail with tracking. Refunds are not given on overnight shipping charges
that are not authorized by Little Keepsakes.
For custom-made orders such as
our Clay Impressions or 3D Clay Prints for children or pets:
If your finished order has been completed and shipped to you, and you
wish
to return it for a refund or remake:
You must contact us in writing (via email) within 30 calendar days of
delivery to your address. Email us at info@littlekeepsakes.com
and please include your order number and name that you used when
placing the original order. We can not issue refunds or remake
custom keepsakes 30 calendar days after delivery confirmation to your
requested shipping address.
Please include a brief explanation for your return. You may request
that
your keepsake be redone or request a refund of your purchase price less
shipping if you
are not satisfied with the outcome of your finished keepsake. Keepsakes
will be redone at the discretion of Little Keepsakes, otherwise a
refund
will be sent. Impression molds are the property of Little Keepsakes and
will not be returned. If your keepsake was damaged during shipping or a
mistake was made my Little Keepsakes that is contrary to your written
instructions,
we will either replace or refund your purchase price plus shipping
charges,
otherwise shipping charges will not be refunded..
If we will be covering shipping charges to return your keepsakes, we
will
email you a prepaid shipping label that you may print out and use to
cover
shipping. The returned item(s) must be sucessfully delivered back to
Little
Keepsakes otherwise we cannot issue a refund or remake your keepsake.
You must return your original keepsake to us before a
replacement or refund
will be shipped*. No refunds or reorders will be done without
return of original custom
keepsake. Successful delivery of returned keepsake is the responsibilty
of the customer even when using our prepaid shipping label. Shipping
charges
will only be included in refund if the reason for return is due to
damage
during shipping or error that is made by Little Keepsakes with your
order. Remakes
of your custom keespake take an estimated 2-3 weeks to complete once
the
original keepsake has be returned.
*For etched glass frames only -- if the return is due to damage during shipping (shattered or broken glass) a photo of the damage may be sent in lieu of returning the shattered glass.

If your finished keepsake has not yet been completed
and shipped to you
(order status reads "In Production" or you have used/opened the
impression kit) and you wish to cancel your order, please contact us
via
email at info@littlekeepsakes.com with your cancelation request. There
will be a 10% cancellation fee for each keepsake "in production"
that is cancelled. You may cancel your keepsake at any time prior to
the
shipment of your keepsake. Once your keepsake has shipped, you must
return
your keepsake for a refund or remake if you wish to cancel your order.
Cancellation of order and return of unused impression kit will not be
subject
to this fee.
